Co-owner and operator of a full service general contracting company with five to ten people on staff depending on the project. Project management and scheduling, budget and change orders, property and client acquisition, design guidance, permitting and inspections. In my time with Stasis we built two craftsman style homes from tear-downs, one modern home, retrofitted a 12,000 sq/ft commercial building with two restaurants on the ground level and lofts upstairs, and two complete restaurant build outs. Jobs ranged from $300,000 to $2 mil.
